274th Group Tender Announcement

Within the scope of Article 30 of the Mining Law No. 3213 amended by Law No. 6592, 316 mining sites will be announced on https://www.mapeg.gov.tr/ for at least fifteen days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette.

The announcement will include the province, access number, mining group, tender specifications, plot-coordinate information, areas and tender dates of the sites to be tendered.

1. The procedures and principles regarding the tender will be specified in the tender specifications to be published on https://www.mapeg.gov.tr/.

2. The documents required in the application to be made to the announced site are included in the tender specifications, and the tender offer letter envelope and the tender guarantee envelope are placed in a separate sealed envelope separately, together with other application documents, in a large outer envelope and the Tender Offer File Envelope is formed, the province of the site to be bid for real persons, access number, name and surname of the applicant T. C. identification number; for legal entities, the province of the field to be tendered, access number, title, tax number, tax office, name and surname of the proxy, if any, and T.C. identification number must be written.

3. The amount of tender guarantee cannot be less than the base tender price determined by the General Directorate and 20% of the closed envelope bid price (Both conditions must be met at the same time. Otherwise, the bid will be deemed invalid).

4. The application documents shall be delivered to the tender commission by hand at the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, Atilla Şinasi ÖZDEMİR Conference Hall between 09:00-09:30 on the date announced on http://www.mapeg.gov.tr/. Applications made by mail or other means will be deemed invalid.

5. Tenders will be made by sealed bid and open auction procedure.

6- After the applications are evaluated by the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs;

a) If there is no application for the sites tendered for the first time, the sites will be re-tendered.

b) Applications whose closed bid is less than the base tender price determined by the General Directorate will not be evaluated.

c) Applications whose tender guarantee amount is less than the base tender price determined by the General Directorate and 20% of the sealed bid will not be taken into consideration.

d) If one or more than one application has been made for a field, the tender will be finalized on the announced date and time at the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, Atilla Şinasi ÖZDEMİR Conference Hall.

e) As a result of the tender, the applicant who wins the tender must deposit the tender price offered to the relevant bank account within the legal period granted to him. Otherwise, he/she loses his/her license right and the tender guarantee is forfeited.

f) Applicants who deposit the tender fee within the legal period are given 2 months to fulfill other obligations specified in the Mining Law. The applicant who fulfills his/her obligations is entitled to obtain a license. The applicant who does not fulfill these obligations loses the license right, the tender fee deposited is not refunded and the site is taken into the tender program again.

7- Applicants are required to deposit the current tender specification fee and the tender request fee in the amount of the operating license base fee through Vakıfbank, Halkbank, Ziraat Bank, Vakıf Participation, Ziraat Participation, Emlak Participation Banks by using any of the "Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Front of Counter Collection and "ATM" collection methods.
