Putting mining sites into operation and starting production; as a result of long-term studies, the mine is extracted from the quarry where it is located, and after a series of processes, it is put on the market and started to be sold. Mining sites are put into operation as open or underground quarries. During the operation process, the process should be managed by designing a project that covers not only production and sales, but also the entire operation and obligations, where both mining legislation, occupational health and safety, and environmental legislation obligations increase.
