The management success of projects is to finalize the process as targeted and in a controlled manner by managing issues such as scope, time, cost, quality and risk management. 

In our country, projects in the mining sector are considered to be very risky projects both by nature and due to some wrong approaches in the sector. The presence of many amateur miners in the sector, the lack of a professional approach, the dream of getting rich in a short time by forgetting the fact that it is a long-term business, the lack of reliable and qualified experienced qualified personnel, legal problems and delays due to legislation reduce new investments in the sector and increase the risks. 

MEDESA strives to prevent the loss of labor and values by sharing the experience it has gained due to its successful work in many different projects and its long years of work in the mining sector with all investors in the sector. In the sector where millions of investments are required but where the possibility of failure is high due to the need for very little capital if the process is not controlled; proceeding with a good planning and feasibility study is the approach that will minimize the risk. With an approach that has a command of mining legislation; it is necessary to set out by calculating the time from the first sample analysis to the reserve amount calculation, from the enrichment process to the conversion of the ore into money by selling it and the planning of the process down to the finest detail.
